It is useful to conduct audio and video recording during hypnotherapy training for the purpose of self, peer and instructor assessment. What once required a desktop computer and fairly sophisticated equipment can now be accomplished with a smartphone or tablet computer.
Prior to the course, familiarize yourself with the audio and video apps and any equipment you are likely to use. You will need some basic editing skill. You will also be sharing electronic files
over the internet. Since technology constantly changes, you will receive specific instructions for whatever resources are being utilized at the time of your course.
