To open the product…
1) Insert the USB drive into an available USB port.

Finder.

4) Double-click “index.html” to open the program.
This product requires a browser.
That allows it to work equally as well on PC or MAC. But, the appearance may vary slightly based on each browser or operating system.
Screen Resolution

The product is formatted at a fixed resolution of 1366 x 768. This is the most common resolution for laptop computer screens. If the window display is larger than your screen (i.e., if scroll bars appear at the right or bottom), use the browser settings to reduce the image size (e.g., 90%). This is most likely necessary if you view the product on a tablet computer.
It is unlikely this product can be scaled down to a smart phone.
Video functions

Videos are set to play automatically when you select them.
See icons at bottom of video screen to view Full Screen or Picture-in-Picture. Press Esc at end of video to return to normal View.

Use the arrows on left of screen to advance through the videos in order.
Or, from any video page, use the menu to return to the Videos directory and re-view specific videos.
External Links

External links to PDFs and websites respond based on Preferences within your browser. Clicking on links may open a new window or tab, or take you out of the product. The product remains open in the Task Bar or Tabs.
Close the product

To end a viewing session, close the product’s Tab in the browser window. Closing the tab allows you to safely Eject Media prior to removing a stick from its USB slot. On the most recent PC operating systems, you do this by locating and clicking on ‘Show hidden icons’; allowing you to select which drive to eject.
If you received your product on a Kingston drive, that particular drive seems to refuse the request, saying there is a program still using data on the drive. I have pulled it out with no ill
effects. If you are concerned about potential damage to your computer or the drive, Power off your computer, then remove the drive.
Mac does not seem to have the same issue. In most cases, drag the drive icon from the desktop into the Trashcan or Ejection arrow.
Re-opening the product

If your computer goes to sleep or powers off while the stick is still inserted; in some cases when you power back on, some objects on the page fail to re-appear. If that happens, ‘Recycle’ the page (in the browser address bar, or as a menu command) to regain full functionality.
This product is not designed to remember, or bookmark, where you left off a prior viewing session. So, when viewing is interrupted, you may want to make a note of the last video you viewed.
